Content Warning
This museum documents violent crime. Exhibits include graphic imagery, crime scene material, and detailed accounts of murder and abuse. Some visitors find the content distressing. Please use your judgement before visiting or before bringing young people.
Guests aged 17 and under must be accompanied by a parent or guardian at all times.
Tickets & Admission
Tickets are sold through Eventbrite. Your purchase is a contract with Eventbrite under their terms, and any refund, exchange or transfer is handled according to the terms shown at the time of purchase. If you have a problem with a booking, contact us and we will help where we can.
Discounted rates for local residents, military and veterans, and first responders are available at the door with valid identification or proof of address.
Admission prices, opening hours and exhibit contents may change without notice.
Museum Rules
We are a phone-free museum. Photography and video of displays and artifacts are not permitted. You are welcome to take photographs in the lobby.
The full rules, including our policies on bags, outside food and drink, and face coverings, are published on our Visit page and displayed on site. They form part of these terms.
We reserve the right to refuse admission, and to ask any visitor to leave, where rules are broken or where conduct puts our guests, staff or exhibits at risk. No refund is given in those circumstances.
Intellectual Property
The design, text, photography and video on this website belong to the museum or to the people we licensed them from. You may not copy or reuse them commercially without written permission.
Links To Other Sites
We link to Eventbrite, social platforms and other external sites. We do not control them and we are not responsible for their content or their handling of your information.
Accuracy
We work to keep this site accurate and current, but we do not warrant that it is free of errors, or that it will always be available without interruption.
Liability
To the fullest extent the law allows, the museum is not liable for indirect or consequential loss arising from your use of this website. Nothing in these terms limits any liability that cannot lawfully be limited.
